Question / Help Game is choppy when in borderless windowed mode while streaming..

The game still reports constant 60FPS, but it feels as if it is actually 15FPS when I enable borderless window in game (tf2, dota 2, etc).

I am using windows 7, I've tried with and without aero. The problem occurs when I am not dropping frames.\

Does anyone know what might be causing the issue?

All games? Could you post a log of this problem? We cannot even begin to try to diagnose problems without a log file. http://obsproject.com/forum/threads/problem-make-sure-to-post-a-log-and-or-crash-dump-howto.97/

EDIT: Actually, I can't even reproduce the problem... I'll have to fiddle more with it. Sorry for wasting your time.

I can't seem to get VSYNC to function in Team Fortress 2 if I have the game running in borderless windowed mode.
