Question / Help Game has perfect 60fps but the recording has lag spikes

So, i'm kinda new to this. I wanted to record some footage of me playing a game called APB Reloaded that isn't very graphically intensive, so i hit 60fps all the time. I used 5k bitrate to record 1080p60fps and the recording looks crisp but there are lag spikes every 2 secs or so. When the lag spike occurs, the screen freezes for about 4 seconds but the sound was still normal.

Change the NVEnc preset to High Performance (HP). Change the keyframe interval to auto. Increase the bitrate and buffer to 20000.

Sorry man, the settings didn't help, the problem still persists.

Post an OBS log file from a 5 minute or longer recording using the settings I specified.
