So I recently decided to stream Terraria, an easy game to stream and something enjoyable that people can engage with and help me out, plus not a lot of people stream it on Twitch so it brings in more viewers than other games I play.
I had an issue where after about 15 minutes my game decided to decrease to 20 fps and stay there. The only thing that fixed it for the moment was put it in fullscreen, from windowed borderless. Then after another minute the issue came back and I decided to stop the stream momentarily to fix the issue. I don't understand why and I've never had any issues when playing when not streaming and this is the first time I've streamed the game on my new CPU.
