Question / Help Game freezing when re-entering

So whenever I preview my stream I get a black screen, I then stop the preview, I then go to steam and open up CS:GO. After opening CS:GO I Alt-Tab out to hit preview stream and when I try to open CS:GO back up nothing happens. I can hear the game music and my mouse when I move it around but I can't see the game. Please help!

Now I do have synapse but its not open.

If i close Razer Synapse my mouse returns to the factory settings so i cant play csgo properly. Any solution? Thanks :D
