Question / Help Game freezes randomly for short duration frequently

Hi, I'm trying to start streaming at the moment and have configured it as the basic guide states but when I play my game it is smooth but there are frequent occasions where the game/computer freezes or the frames skip. Was wondering if anyone could help, thanks.
