Game FPS is normal, recorded footage has low FPS

I'm trying to record Minecraft, but my recording has really bad FPS issues. You can see an example recording here. Notice the game FPS in the top left.

The log indicates you are using x264 as your encoder. Have you tried using the Apple HW (Intel GPU) encoder?
