Question / Help Game FPS drops, significant slow down.

PC specs: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
GTX 1080
16GB Ram
Asus Z97-E ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

1440 monitor, I am curious if this is the cause of my issue.

I get ~75FPS on Paragon, which isn't optomized the best but when I start the stream it crushes

I have tried dropping my bitrate down to 1800
I have tried downscaling resolution to 1280x720
Dropping FPS on OBS to 30
Dropping in game resolution down to 720 (yuck please no)
Using native full screen instead of Windowed full.

These were just things I have read trying to googlefu the problem.

Any help would be appreciated, I feel like my rig and connection can handle it, don't know why I'm having issues.

After chatting with Fenrir in chat support he has no idea what could be causing this. Stated everything looks to be running correctly and my gpu isn't being overloaded.

This isn't looking good.
