Important specs are...
Processor i7-9700k overclocked to 5Ghz
GPU - RTX 2080 MSI Gaming Trio
Upload speed 10MB/s
I am running games at over 144 fps, my rig is only a month old and for some reason no matter what OBS settings I put, I am getting horribly laggy streams. FPS dropping below 10 in come cases, micro stutters, regardless of 2500 or 6000 bitrate. 720p or 1080p, 30fps or 60fps.
I think its worth noting that Geforce Experience is giving me the SAME results. So I dont think its anything to do with OBS settings, but I'm hoping someone may well know whats causing this? My previous PC (GTX 970 and an i7 4790) did not have any issues with streaming.
