Question / Help Game feels laggy even though at high fps

I am streaming cs go on twitch and I am getting at least 200fps at all times. I have a 144hz monitor and when I am streaming, it feels like 75hz to me :/

I have an upload speed of 12mbps
PC Specs:
CPU - i7 4790k 4GHz
GPU - GTX 970
Ram - 16gb
