Could somebody enlight me on this? I have a 2080, a i9 9900k and 32 gigs or ram. It just doesn't feel smooth on stream for some reason. thanks! oh and to top it all off, it stutters on my second pc randomly. It feels like i'm having some sort of nextwork connection even tho I have a gigabyte ethernet connection!
