Question / Help Game emulators zoomed in and has black bars

Like the title says, my emulators are all zoomed in and there is a black bar on the right and bottom of the capture window. I can't get the game capture to work, but I have been using the window capture perfectly fine on an older laptop of mine, but my new laptop is having problems with OBS. Hopefully this posts the log.
