Question / Help Game doesn't record at 60FPS when I'm playing at 60FPS.

Can't record when using AMD encoder? Some hardware encoders have limits that might not support 1080p 60fps or some other upper limits. You may switch back to x264 encoder to allow recording.

Log from your earlier posts shows that the video thread may be lagging:
obs_video_thread(16.6667 ms): min=0.137 ms, median=0.635 ms, max=227.337 ms, 99th percentile=29.325 ms, 91.1207% below 16.667 ms
Try deleting a monitor capture or make a new scene collection, so only a game capture is there. May also try adding a text or picture, with scroll filter scrolling fast, to check if the problem is game capture lag (which may not show in log) or OBS encoder/render lag.

Im not upgrading my i7-2600 into something that is less then 1.3 times the speed of my current CPU.
