Question / Help Game cutscenes won't stream

Hi, I'm trying to stream a Visual Novel. Every once in a while there's a movie cutscene that plays in the game. Whenever that happens, the stream just goes black for everyone while the audio plays.

Everything else is totally fine, so I don't really understand why this particularly will not stream. It doesn't change windows or anything.

What's going on here?

What's going on here?

well there is a possibility that the same make a new hook for these movies. in that case, you might need to pause the movie (if possible) and go to OBS and make a new game capture and point it to that scene, scene switcher will need to be used. once you do this successfully, it should switch automatically for you.

If Visual Novel is a windowed program you might need to use monitor capture or window capture for it instead.
