Question / Help Game Crashes when streaming in Game Capture

I tried to stream yesterday using Game Capture mode, which usually works on all my other games.. However, I had never tried streaming this game before, as it was under a non-disclosure agreement until yesterday. Anyways, I used the same settings as usual and tried to preview stream. The game immediately crashed. After trying this several times, I switched to a Monitor Capture, which seemed to work for some time. About an hour later, I came to the realization that I had been broadcasting a black screen that entire time, but that's a separate issue (just wanted to explain the time stamps in the log file). Eventually, I had to give up on the stream and have returned today to find out what's going wrong with it.

Side note, my friend was also streaming the same game with OBS and had no unusual issues.

Here's the log of the first crash, the rest will be in attached file:

22:21:58: WARNING: Another hook is already present while trying to hook d3d9.dll, hook target is unknown. If you experience crashes, try disabling the other hooking application

Something else is already hooking your game, conflicting with OBS. Try to turn off whatever other hooking applications you have running such as OSDs, FPS monitors, overclock utils, overlays, etc.

Following up on your advice. It turns out that OBS and Raptr don't get along, even though Raptr didn't detect that particular game in the Raptr library. Uninstalling Raptr seems to have fixed the issue with Game Capture. Thanks!
