Hi all,
I have been a long time user of OBS, i regularly record and steam.
Ever since the new OBS update, when i have it open, the game i am playing gets visibly choppy. No its not low FPS, even at 144fps it still just looks choppy. I am using a 144Hz monitor, with G-Sync. This has only been an issue since the late "big" update.
Never had this issue before, all my settings have not changed, i just updated OBS and its choppy, even when im not recording, just physically having the program open makes everything feel like im playing on 30fps....
I uninstalled OBS, downloaded the previous version, opened and ran it, completely fine, no chop, all exactly how it was. Its just an issue with the new version. Maybe a priority setting problem, i dont know, really need some help. Currently resorted to using stream labs OBS in the meantime which works perfectly.
If anyone has any ideas, please send them along, i need some help, i dont understand why its gotta be this way...
