Hey guys I been streaming for almost a year now and never had this issue before but for the last few weeks OBS is only picking up game audio. It picks up party chat but I love to be in game chat especially with death comms lol. If anyone can help me out. I stream off my laptop and have a Xbox Series X and El Gato HD60s. When I use the "4k Capture Utility" program I can hear game chat but I do all my work in OBS.

If your console is not outputting game chat over the HDMI output, your capture device will be unable to capture it. There is nothing the capture card or OBS can do.
I believe Warzone (among one or two other games) patched recently and removed the ability to send game chat to the HDMI output.
The only workaround is to use a wired headset with something like the Elgato Chatlink cable to split out the headset audio and capture it via a mic or line in port on your computer.
