Game Capture UHD Monitor - Canvas Size

I use a SINGLE monitor but the monitor is UHD 3840x2160

I want to capture external video and Solidworks 3D CAD window and switch between the two

I need to set the Solidworks (like a game) capture to 1920x1080, but how do I set my Solidworks window to that exact size??

When I am NOT running my solidworks in full screen, it can be 2050x1700, 2200 x 1950 etc.... I need to be able to accurately set the application window size?

How is this done ?

OR... should I run the solidworks 3D Cad application in full screen and ask OBS to convert from 3840 x 2160?

Whats the best method??

Open this image in an image editor and view at actual size. Drag your Solidworks window to the inside of the pink rectangle then resize to other inside of pink rectangle. The black rectangle is exactly 1920x1080.
