Black screen, capture hook is failing. This started happening randomly between restarts of the app. I updated my GPU drivers after it started happening, thinking it might fix it. In the log, I'm running OBS in Safe Mode as Admin. Disabling Windows Defender RTP didn't help either (though it is enabled in this log). I tried with an array of applications and none of them worked.
