Bug Report Game capture separation problem

I just updated to 0.553b along with the plug-ins that came with it.

Before the update I had two game captures for each of my EVE Online accounts, they are each in a scene on their own so I can switch between them, but after the update both game captures show the same account.

Eventually the picture on one turns black for a few minutes, then the right account is visible there. What kind of info would be good to provide for debugging this?
 
If you're dual-boxing I would recommend using a hotkey to capture, as capturing via window name can cause it to become confused as to which to capture.
