Question / Help Game capture problems , black screen still in my obs

Hi , for 1 week i tried to fix this bug but all my ways are off . Everytime i open the obs and game capture cs:go i see a black screen , even if i close obs the black screen remains and i need to turn of the game . Please try to help me i didn''t done stream for 1 week.

If you're using Razer Synapse please close it first. A recent Razer update began causing this issue, mainly with CS players.
