Question / Help Game Capture Plugin Too Weak..?

whenever I use the game capture plugin, it seems to be too weak for me to stream. Any movement results in extremely visible pixelation, only on stream though. On my first monitor, it looks perfectly fine, super HD.

Here are two (ingame) screenshots taken from my stream at the time, one while I was moving, one while I was still.
The difference is clearly visible. (still picture is smaller due to upload size limits)

I've included a report that also contains my specs.

This has nothing to do with game capture. Your quality is terrible because your settings are completely wrong. It looks like you're trying to use settings for local recording in a live stream, but you're still using CBR (making a buffer size of 0 useless/result in terrible quality) and didn't set your crf value correctly. The settings in the local recording quality guide are completely inappropriate for live streaming. If your goal is to make local recordings, please read the guide again. If your goal is to live stream, start with settings from the estimator and ignore the advice in the local recording guide completely.

Edit: It looks like you improved things toward the end of the log, but a high motion game like Just Cause 2 is never going to look great at 1080p within the bandwidth limitations imposed by Twitch. Re-enable CFR under Settings > Advanced and downscale your stream resolution to 720p under Settings > Video.
