Question / Help Game Capture Not Working

Whenever I try to use game capture it always comes up as a black screen, I didn't have this problem before I had put in a new graphics card, and now I can only capture games with window capture which makes the recording very laggy sometimes.

Log still doesn't show a capture attempt.

Things to check for first:
Conflicts with Game Capture: Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.
