I haven't looked at the upcoming planned features in a long time and noticed it said Stream to multiple services at once. Got curious about this and searched the forum on if it was possible to open OBS multiple times and came across adding -multi to the shortcut. Everything is setup with the only thing changing is the bitrate for the second channel and obviously the stream key.
Previewing the stream on the first OBS opened works, but the 2nd one is just blank. When I used to use FME all I had to do was at a ; and then put the key after. Using the 2nd OBS would also encode again right? And not just using more bandwidth?
Is the planned feature going to be encode once and send to how many you choose?
EDIT: If it does use more CPU usage like I think it does. In the future would it be possible to see computers on your network and then from the 2nd computer you would send the stream to another channel.
