Question / Help game capture makes game lag?

well when i use game capture, my whole game will, well lag..
it limits my game to only below 40 fps
i made a video on how laggy the game goes, look at the bottom right hand corner https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yHnKWwycA94&feature=youtu.be

there is just no way that i cant record/stream at 720p60 with these pc spec

gpu: GTX 950
cpu: i7 4790k
ram: 16gb ram
hard drive: 500gb hard drive
motherboard: H81MHV3

Try setting the max fps to 60 and use cfr

I'd be more inclined to believe its raptr/gaming evolved than it is OBS.
