Question / Help Game Capture looks great, Webcam is a blurry mess

I have been scouring the internet.:YouTube, Reddit, other streamers, IT friends I have and I just can't figure this issue out. My set up- CPU:i7-7700k GPU: 1080ti UPLOAD: 20mbps Camera: LOGITECH C920.

The issue I'm having is that whenever I have a lot of movement in the games I'm playing, my webcam becomes a blurry mess. My bitrate is set to 6000 and I always maintain an excellent stability while also pinging the twitch server for 10000+ 24ping and a quality of 100. The game capture looks pristine but whenever I move a lot the camera is EXTREMELY pixelated. I'm encoding, again at 6k bitrate, through NVENC 1280x720p @60fps with my webcam set to 1920x1080p at 30fps. I guess I'm a little confused Harold. Wouldnt it be blurry in my OBS dashboard? Because in the dashboard its crystal clear. I'll be home shortly to run that trouble shooter. Thanks.

What it shows you is everything is running off the same Root Hub, move your Elgato and Yeti off to your other USB ports, sometimes root hubs can be a mystery

Thanks for the Reply. That's the problem though, all of my USB's are currently plugged into that pc and as you can see, they are all in the same hub. So there is no "other hub" for me to move these off to... for reference I have a Corsair One Pro, it's their first flagship prebuilt pc. But like I said every USB in in use at the moment and all are on the same hub

You can reduce some load by lowering the polling rate on your mouse and keyboard, set the Elgato and Yeti to 44100Hz. (Advanced Properties of the Recording devices in WIndows)

Setting your Webcam to 1280x720 will reduce it even further but you will sacrifice clarity of the cam

Hey guys,
First thank you again for attempting to help me. I have tried everything from lowering the load on all usb devices by removing EVERYTHING except my mouse, keyboard, and webcam. This problem continues to persist and I've noticed that it is NOT isolated to my webcam. Whenever I move in game my image is getting very blurry. Again I have 6k bitrate with an upload of 20mbps. I have spent the last few weeks trying everything and cant resolve this issue. I would appreciate any more insight you guys could provide. Thank you so much.

Is it possible that this could be fixed by adjusting key frame intervals? Or possibly adjusting my buffer rate to compensate for 6k bitrate?

Did you ever find a fix for your pixelation issue? I have been having the exact same problem! Especially my webcam.
