Question / Help Game Capture lags but Monitor Capture doesn't!

I already disabled Game DVR, I still lag on Geometry Dash but I have a gaming pc with an i7-6700k 4ghz, geforce gtx 1060, I wasn't lagging before, I tried on another windows user and game capture doesn't lag, it only lags on my own windows user, it wasn't lagging 2 days ago, but when I do monitor capture with the game there is no lags, I get 144fps but with game capture, I get 70-90fps, I tried game capture on windowed and fullscreen it still lags, help me guys, I want to play this game on fullscreen and not windowed :/
