Question / Help game capture issues

Having problems getting game capture to work. I'm trying to stream League of Legends. It worked fine on 0.16.4 but as soon as i upgraded obs studio to 0.16.6 game capture stopped working. Also no idea what i'm doing lol. TIA

If you're using the new beta for the lobby portion of league, they broke it.

yes in game seems to be working thank you :). However i now have a new issue (lol technology hates me XD)... when i'm streaming (well even in preview mode) my fps drops to the single digits... like 7 vs my usual 80 but only when i have the game capture viewable... is it an obs issue? b/c as soon as i turn it off my fps jumps up to 80 again instantly

yeah i saw that too but i'm not sure why it's doing that as i only have one scene set for game capture and my obs is really set at the minimum scenes atm since i'm still testing eveything out?

Run OBS as admin as well.

Also, if you're running the beta version of the lobby application, it CANNOT be captured with window or game capture currently.

i think sometimes the best upgrade is a downgrade... i went back to the old version of league and it just makes everything run better so i think i'll just stick to that until all the bugs in the beta are fixed or i'm forced to use it lol... thank you for your patience and help sir :)... greatly appreciated :)
