Game capture issues when I transition

This issue has been driving me nuts for months now. When I stream with game capture some times my FPS will drop and I will get missed frames due to rendering and encoding lag. This seems to only happen when I transition to a different scene. Mainly my live scene I use my I am streaming. I have used different transitions and even just a fade to another scene and it still happens but only when I use game capture. When I use display capture I have no issues whatsoever. Game capture for some reason acts weird when I'm switching scenes for some reason and I can't figure out why.

My PC specs

CPU: Intel Core i9-10900K

Memory: Kingston FURY Renegade 64GB (2x32GB) 3600MHz

Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING

Update on this. I tried everything. I deleted sources, scenes, switched settings and I still had this issue when I used game capture. I would dropped frames and get render lag when I would transition to a new scene. This would not happen when I used display capture. I did a fresh install of the Nvidia drivers and the issues almost went away but I would still get some rendering lag. For some reason why I would put a game capture source in every scene I was transitioning to, the issue was gone completely. I have no idea why this is happening. If I take the game capture out of the scene I transition to, the issue would slighting re-appear.
