Game capture isn't working with some games

Hi!
Suddenly out of nowhere, my game capture decided not to work with some of my games. (I think it might have something to do with the latest w10 update)
I've tried to unistall OBS and I have even completely wiped my pc (may not have been the best idea)
OBS is running as admin and is 64-bit

There's no attempt to use game capture in that log, was the game running?
