I know its already been posting just wanted to say it is not working for myself as well. About 3 weeks ago game capture worked fine steaming SWTOR, but with this new update I can only use a software capture of my desktop. Please let me know if there is anything i can do to help! Its just frustrating using that and people see everything i do outside the game :)

Could you try 0.47 and see if it's working with that version real quick?

I'm using 0.472b and tested 0.473b and SWTOR is not picked up by the Game Capture mode. Every other game I've tried has worked fine.

Edit: I've tried changing the screen mode of SWTOR to Windowed, Fullscreen and Fullscreen (Windowed) but it does not appear in the list of running programs when adding a Game Capture source.

I'm having similar issues with Tera Online, haven't tried any other games yet but it was working splendidly with an older version(i just updated it 15minutes ago). With the new update (0.472b) the Game Capture function wont work. capturing the whole screen does however.

I'm having the same issue. It worked fine this morning, but not any longer.
I've been using v0.472b 64bit since it was released.

I would seem that I solved it by uninstalling OBS and removing the OBS map in "C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming", and reinstalling it again.

I suspect that a *.xconfig file is providing wrong value(s), though I really shouldnt be speculating since I havent read the source code of OBS.

Though perhaps some of this might provide a small hint to what is happening here Jim.

Moraldino: Does this mean you lose your current setup if you use the workaround?

Like, if I remove the files and let it reinstall them and then I put my scenes and profile configs over the top of the new ones, will the issue still be fixed?

Yes, you lose your settings/setup if you remove those files.

The uninstall/reinstall isnt really needed, unless the program would complain.

I just uninstalled OBS, removed the AppData\Roaming\OBS folder, reinstalled OBS and it still does not list SWTOR in the game capture.

Edit: Just noticed the message in the box underneath the Game selector:

These applications require administrator access to capture (start OBS as administrator to capture):
Star Wars™: The Old Republic™

That would explain it :P - I didn't notice this message before reinstalling OBS though so it may still be an issue.
