Question / Help Game Capture is Black

Everything was working fine, I even streamed and it was all good. Then later that day I tried to game capture and it was just a black screen. I have watched 10+ youtube fixes and nothing has worked, one fix that I could now do was something that has to do with Nvidia control panel as I have intel graphics. Help please

Yes, I have a scene, source=game capture, lets me choose the window I want. Then it just black. I switch to the game then alt tab and look at the obs, still black I leave the game on and look at stream on my phone and just black. It is doing everything else fine. Like display capture, window capture etc.

Do you have a Display Capture as well as Game Capture open?

I have tried a lot of things and it hasn't worked. I would very much like help.
