Question / Help game capture freezing

I have got problem when streaming World of Tanks (I have not tried on other games), when I use game capture and alt-tab, then the stream freezes (even in preview) and stays like that until I re-enter the game, alt-enter (changing from windowed to full screen and other way around) is the only way to get the game capture working again, but when I do that then people on stream say that they get black screen for a while until it reconnects for them. :(
And I refuse to play in windowed mode with screen capture because that tanks my fps a lot more.

When you play the game in fullscreen and alt-tab, the games stops rendering frames until you re-enter the game. That's why it freezes. The only way to make it continue to render when you alt-tab is to play in Windowed mode. It is not possible otherwise.

You didn't understand me, it keeps frozen game capture on OBS even after I go back to the game, and it's the same even if I do it in windowed mode.

edit: And I just tested it in Planetside 2, worked fine with window and full screen, so it must be World of Tanks game capture problem :(

Anyone can help me with this please? I would like to stream World of Tanks properly, but with this problem it's going to be annoying for viewers :/
It might be problem with game, game capture for WoT or maybe setup

I really don't recommend Game Capture if you can avoid it. It's really only intended for games that can't be played in a windowed mode of some sort. It works in a very hacky way, and is prone to breaking. I highly recommend playing in some sort of windowed mode and using Window Capture with Aero enabled.

Problem is I can't really use window mode for streaming.
It drops my fps from 60+ to 30 and less, and also it feels like my PC stutters a bit, I can see it on mouse not moving smoothly anymore.
