Mmm, ok I just tested and it definitely works with Game Capture. I'd make sure to add both 32 and 64 bit OBS to the NVIDIA control panel and select them to use your NVIDIA adapter instead of the Intel one. Also, you need to make sure that in settings>video, the top video adapter in the drop down is selected, no matter what it is.

In addition, make sure BOTH the game and OBS are running as administrator, or both are NOT, otherwise it won't capture. Also be sure to add exceptions for OBS in any security software you might be running. It's possible Steam overlay might have to be disabled as well.
