Bug Report Game Capture Flicker on Modern Warfare (see details)

When running Windows version 2004 (preview release) and NVIDIA driver 450.12 (in beta) and having the new "Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling" option turned on, the game flickers wildly in the menu of Modern Warfare. Unknown how many other games this might affect (or how it might affect them). But, once I turned that option off, the problem seemed to go away (sidenote, the game jitters with and without this option enabled, and did before the windows 2004 update, but the stutter and jitter appear to be much worse with the option on as well). (Unknown if this is also somehow related to the issues that have risen with stutter or jitter when capturing COD MW)

I'm getting the same flickering with W10 2004, 450.99 and hardware scheduling, so far I've only seen it in CoD:MW as well. Didn't have flickering before the update, but the new drivers and HW scheduler was too big of a performance increase to go back on.
