Ok so i make a source called game capture and click "Specific Window" then i click "minecraft" but it doesn't work.

Have you tried using the Hotkey method instead? Set Game Capture to "Capture foreground window with Hotkey". Then setup a hotkey for game capture in Settings->hotkeys under "Game Capture" like this:
Then start minecraft, and hit your assigned keys for Capture foreground Window. See if that helps. :)
