Question / Help Game Capture Doesnt Work Half the Time

Hello,

I am using game capture to capture my full screen game play and it will detect the game once then when I close the game and reopen in game capture will not work. So I close the game and obs and it still doesn't work. Only way I was able to get game capture working again is remove game capture from obs close game and obs re open obs add game capture then open game and it will work. But it will stop working if i close the game and play another game then return to old game and its not working.

This seems to happen in some games not all. This happens in over watch and fortnite br. Games like cuphead seems to work no matter what.

Any ideas whats happening?

Unless you have a conflicting hook, things should just work.
Conflicts with Game Capture: Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.
