Game Capture displays nothing but a black window

I've been having trouble with game capture since I installed obs a few weeks ago. I went through and tried absolutely everything I could find, on the official FAQ, youtube, google etc... nothing worked, I even tried reseting my PC entirely, to no avail. Yes windows defender is off, OBS is run as admin, and there is no conflicting software installed on my system what so ever. I am running an NVIDIA RTX 3060, my CPU does have an IGPU, but OBS should not be using that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(for the record, it does not matter what window I choose, it always displays a black screen. Roblox is an example)

Roblox is tied for the worst example for game capture, as they recently released an update that included anti-cheat that blocks OBS' game capture from working.

Windows defender should be on, as well as the firewall and windows game mode.
What must be disabled is HAGS.

Make sure the GPU driver is up to date.
Now, a log file from OBS would be nice, specially if you can stream/record (the one you aim to) for no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do. If game capture don't work, try using window capture. If this don't work try display capture.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
