I've just noticed something disturbing. I play Farming Simulator 15, which is OpenGL game, and I've had problems with high framerate and tearing ever since I started playing it, despite the fact that (adaptive) vsync was enabled in the game. It didn't always happen, so I thought it was a bug in the game. I have just noticed that it only does that when the game capture scene is active in OBS. The moment I switch to anything else, framerate in the game jumps to 60 as it should.
I am using OBS 0.64b.
Could any of the devs comment in this please? @Jim? It's extremely annoying. Not that it makes the game unplayable, but my eyes suffer.
edit:
I've also just read a post from one of the game's devs saying that the game is not going to work well with fps over 60, which is likely to mess the game's physics. That's really bad :(
One more thing I noticed - when the game capture scene is active, MSI Afterburner which I'm using to monitor things suddenly starts showing the process as being D3D10 (and switches to OGL back and forth).
I'm attaching the log in case there's anything interesting in it.
