NVENC but i also tried x264 with a bunch of different settings, the same result every time

Im not 100% sure im not good at fixing though if you use 1080p try to drop it too 30 frames or 720p60

super weird, I just changed my anti aliasing settings and switched it back now its fixed
I just switched Anti aliasing from 8x to disabled then back to 8 now its working normally. Weird
