Question / Help Game Capture broken?

okay i noticed lately my gamecapture no longer works. or if it works it looks horrendous compared to window capture i just started playing dead by daylight and this is the screenshot of me using game capture with obs studio

tried with both obs versions studio and classic, and neither of which can game capture or window capture this game. so far only display capture is working correctly.
 
latest drivers installed?
re-add game capture?
rename obs-studio folder in %appdata% and completly setup obs from scratch?

i have gtx970 and had no problem recording dbd.

i have not tried wiping obs studio and starting from scratch i am running the latest drivers. and i did try multiple game caps and window caps on different scenes as well. still had the issue.
