Question / Help Game Capture Blank Screen

My game capture keeps giving me a blank screen. Sometimes if I have the game open, it will hold the first frame of the game then freeze. If I refresh the game capture, it goes blank. I have to restart my PC to get it to work, but it only works for the first instance. If I close then open OBS again, it freezes on the frame.
