Question / Help Game Capture Blackscreen (Not a Laptop)

I have seen this to be an issue with somelaptops however i am using my desktop and i get this issue.
When im playing League of Legends i have a scene switcher setup so that it goes to Gamecapture when im in game, due to the client being seperate from the game. Now the strange part is this doesnt occur all the time, sometimes if i reload OBS and League the issue goes away. But then sometimes it just shows the blackscreen when in game but does still show my webcam etc

I have fixed the performance error issue by setting the webcam to a global source.
For a couple of tests i have ran, it seems it could be a conflicting issue with Razer Comms
