If they are blocking all known capture methods (I've heard of FRAPS, DXtory, OBS all not working), what are we supposed to do about it? The people having this issue are not very good at providing details either.

I don't have the game myself (nor do I want it), so certainly not everyone "uses Ghosts".
Monitor Capture in Windows 8 most likely works, as long as you can run the game in borderless windowed mode.

On a related note to anyone having this problem, do you have FRAPS or DXtory? Can you check if the FPS display for either one shows up in-game?

Any updates on this? This should be the highest priority at the moment, everyone uses Ghosts.
Im recording borderless using monitor capture but i see frames being skipped, the game capture was working fine until last night hope it gets fixed.

I verified with fraps and it does record but when a loading shows up it stops the game and i have to stop recording so it advance, also with fraps audio skips every 2 secs

If you have to shut down FRAPS and restart the recording, that most likely means the game is destroying its framebuffer and creating a new one, which is really annoying, and I'm not sure if there's a sane way to deal with that.
