Hello

real had me away from recording for a bit and thenwhen i tried this morning it wanted to update so i did. was briefly able to get game capture to work but mainly only display capture. then went and reinstall original version 17 and no go, then downlaoded new and installed it and no go. saw a post about nvidia control for laptop. but this si desktop but added osb anyway and that didnt work

downgrading won't solve your issue.

Running obs as admin likely will.

You didn't need to spam your log across multiple posts.

ok if you read back ...... i tried running both as admin that did not work

and i would not have ran the log avross multpile but it would not let me post it all in one

Ok installed newest version

ran 32 bit version as admin opened game and nothing

ran 64 bit version as admin and opened game and nothing

also gam was ran as admin

if i open game first normal or as admin then open obs it crashes and gives error of cant handle file size change which that is to me a normal error i see oppening up some other stuff when i have the game running

None of those are anything to do with your problem.

OBS showed capturing the game fine when running as admin.

We would need to see the OBS crash log from %appdata%\obs-studio\crashes for when OBS crashes.

ok now i have got a small little bit away from jsut a black screen, only to show like one frame while the game is loading but that is it.

and if showed capturing the game fine then why did i still have a black screen?
