Question / Help Game Capture Black Screen

Hey, i've just started streaming with OBS but its not working properly for me. When im trying to stream Counter strike Global offensive im getting a black screen when using the game capture. It seems to work though when i restart my computer. But if i have had my computer on for a while and want to start streaming it dosnt seem to work.

Edit: Im not using a laptop btw

uhm first of all change your keyframe interval to 2 which is the standard twitch wants to


and the question is, are you running obs as administrator? if not give obs the rights to run as admin and see if it fixes the problem
