Question / Help Game Capture Black Screen - Not solved by previous threads

Hello,

I've been having an issue getting game capture to work. I am running OBS 64bit v0.622b. I have Gforce GTX 560 Ti.
Whenever I try to use game capture I get a black screen. None of the other black screen threads have helped.

I'm not on a laptop. I have only one GPU.

Not sure if this is still the case, but back when i used to setup streams for people. external devices required 32bit for capture.
