Question / Help Game Capture Black - Log Reads "effect_setval_inline: invalid param"

I've tried running as administrator, running both programs as administrator, other games too, but it just doesn't work. Could someone point me to solving this problem? Thanks in advance.

Can you remove everything except the game capture from the scene (or create a new scene and just have game capture with the same settings), attempt to stream for a moment, then upload the new log?

I should point out I'm still new at troubleshooting this so if someone else responds feel free to do what they tell you instead.

Also, you has this error:

I reinstalled and it worked fine. I've included the log for comparison. Thanks everyone!
