Question / Help Game Capture and Loading

Hi guys, i'm trying to stream League of Legends on twitch.tv with OBS but i can't figure out how to make my game capture to work, all i get is a black screen, same happens when i use window capture. Also, i have 9.51MB/s Upload speed and i don't stream at such high quality, but when i do me and my viewers often get a loading circle on my stream.
Please help! thanks.

The log you posted was of monitor capture. Monitor capture can't capture fullscreen games.
