Question / Help Game Capture - Aero On or Off

I thought we got better performance if we had aero off when using game capture, but I just tried out the Log Analyzer and it told me to turn on aero.
So, do we get better performance when aero is off or on when using game capture?

Game Capture doesn't care if Aero is on or off. Window Capture performs much better (generally, old systems might perform worse) with Aero enabled.
