Game Audio Capture in OBS

I have looked through a bunch of old logs. I have set my audio devices I want to use as defaults through windows and I have then set all audio settings to default in OBS. My mic audio captures fine and I can hear game sounds but no game sounds captures.
Below is a log file from a session where I am having the issue
